This policy explains how Quilln ("we") handles information on this website and in the Quilln shop-management application, which connects to Etsy through the Etsy Open API.

What the app does

The Quilln application is used only by the shop owner to manage the owner's own Etsy shop: creating and editing listings, uploading images and digital files, and viewing shop statistics. It accesses only data belonging to the Quilln shop, with the owner's authorization via Etsy's OAuth.

Information we access

• Shop and listing data for the Quilln shop (titles, descriptions, tags, prices, images, files, inventory and stats).
• Order or buyer information only where Etsy provides it to the shop owner, used solely to fulfil orders and provide support.

How we use and share it

• We do not sell, rent or trade any personal data.
• We do not share data with third parties, except as required by law.
• We do not use data for advertising or profiling.

Storage & security

API credentials and tokens are stored securely and used only to access the Quilln shop. Data is kept only as long as needed to manage the shop.
